Candidate Meet and Greet
Craig Host and Mary Huerter are inviting Greenvale Township neighbors to their home for an afternoon reception to meet Mark Legvold, a candidate for the Minnesota State Senate in District 58. Mark will be sharing his plans to bring the common sense of Greenvale and rural Minnesota to St. Paul. The event will be informal and relaxed. Families, friends and neighbors are all welcome. Calling all volunteers!
The Greenvale Township Planning and Road Commissions are currently accepting applications for new members. Applications will be accepted through April 9th. Interviews and selection will be April 16th. The Planning Commission has five appointed members and one liaison from the Board of Supervisors. The Road Commission has four appointed members and one liaison from the Board of Supervisors. The Planning Commission meets monthly and the Road Commission meets 3-4 times a year. I

Friends, Wednesday, March 18th, I swore in my replacement as clerk. Thyra Nelson is so well-equipped to do the work of clerk and will administer the business of the township with professionalism, efficiency and a new level of competencies. Tony Rowan & his supporters stand against lies
Responsibly Rural has learned that a damaging rumor is being circulated against Tony Rowan's opponent in the upcoming township election. Mr. Rowan asks anyone who is repeating this rumor to please stop. Both candidates for Greenvale Supervisor are upright in the eyes of the law. The campaign season needs to be focused on the Greenvale records of candidates and the issues which impact our town. Slander or libel cannot be tolerated.
